Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal
 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.  

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Veronika Roßmann, Nunzenried 8A, 92526 Oberviechtach, campingkumpel@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail).  

Your right of withdrawal
This does not apply if the goods were specially manufactured or designed according to your specifications.

This applies to products where you:

  • Upload or enter a photo, name, text, or design.
  • select special colors or motifs,
  • Or in some other way, your personal information is crucial for the manufacturing process.

These items are made individually for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Consequences of the revocation:
If you are entitled to return an item, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.  

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.  

Return shipping costs
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The buyer must obtain the return shipping label independently (e.g., via DHL).  

Return process
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract . The deadline is met if you are notified of the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.  

The goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received and may only be used to the extent necessary to check their condition and function. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Returns are processed chronologically upon receipt.
