Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Veronika Roßmann, Sportplatzstraße 3, 92546 Schmidgaden, campingkumpel@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail or using the withdrawal form provided on our website).
Your right of withdrawal
does not apply if the goods have been specially manufactured or designed according to your wishes.
This applies to products for which you:
- upload or enter a photo, a name, a text or a design,
- choose special colors or motifs,
- Or your personal details are otherwise decisive for the production.
Such items are custom-made for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
Consequences of withdrawal:
If you are allowed to return an item, we must repay all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Return costs
The costs for returning the goods are borne by the buyer. The return label must be purchased independently by the buyer (e.g. via DHL).
Return process
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
The goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received and may only be used to the extent necessary to examine the nature and function. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Returns will be processed chronologically upon receipt.
