1. How do the sizes run?
You can find a detailed size chart on each product page. We recommend taking a look at it before purchasing to choose the right size.

2. How does a return process work?
You can return your products within 14 days. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that you must purchase the return shipping label yourself, for example from DHL.

3. When are returns processed?
Once we receive your return package, returns will be processed chronologically.

4. Where are the products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured with great care in Turkey. The final printing and finishing take place in Germany, more precisely in Bavaria. This allows us to guarantee the highest quality and precise workmanship.

5. How long is the delivery time?
Delivery within Germany, Austria, Switzerland (DACH region) and the EU takes 3-5 business days. International deliveries typically take 5-7 business days, but this depends on customs processing time.
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so that you can hold your items in your hands soon.

6. What packaging will be used to ship the products?
All products are shipped via DHL.

7. What to do in case of production errors?

8. How sustainable are our products?
Our products are manufactured fairly and sustainably. We use environmentally friendly materials, rely on climate-neutral production and plastic-free shipping. Environmentally friendly printing inks are a given for us.
